RIPPLE-AN AI INTERVIEWING PLATFORM

Challenge
AI has been a highly-discussed topic in recent news, from AI-generated artwork winning prizes to the capabilities of cutting-edge models like GPT-3. Given this, I have been contemplating the implications of AI's capabilities in the design of immaterial elements, such as experiences or systems. How do we assess AI-generated elements that are intangible? How can we use AI in strategic design to enhance our work processes and double the impact? 
 

Solution

I have meticulously planned and executed thorough design research, delving deep into the AI market and consulting with leading experts from companies such as Meta, Google, IBM, and also designers and strategic designers who are actively using or have used AI. Through our research, I have gained valuable insights and have confidently summarized our findings below.

Output
Based on the research findings, I have designed an AI interviewing platform Ripple, that supports design strategists throughout the interview process and helps to develop more human insights and design artifacts, for details, please see the video description below.
